Ebook Edit Pro is very similar in look and functionality to Easy Ebook Pro.
It has a good set of features which will allow you to compile an ebook from html files.

There is a myriad of features including the security settings which make it a worthwhile piece of software.

This software has a lot of customization options. You can change the startup text, window sizes and popup menus.

Features include customization of icons, toolbars, and the "about box." This maker has a particularly useful feature called the Rebrander feature. This permits you to enter customized code into your Ebook pages and distribute the Rebrander software to your affiliates or distributors. They can then customize the links included in the Ebook, but they can not alter any link or information that you have not entered a customized code for.

The software includes "eBrand-It" software that allows you to customize it for your affiliates etc...

Two things I personally dislike about Ebook Edit Pro is that it requires html files to compile from (not MS Word) and it requires your email input when setting and distributing secure ebooks. In other words, a user has to email you with a code (given by the software) and you have to run that code to produce a key. Then, you need to email that key to the user so he can unlock his copy.
